Black Wool Suit

I made this suit for my husband in March of 2006. It was made of black wool flannel, trimmed with a black wool braid, and fully lined with wine colored linen. I was and still am very pleased with how it turned out. It fits him very well and of all the clothing I have made for him to date it’s still my favorite. The only thing that I would change is that it’s slightly too long in the back but as my husband has lost weight and it has to be taken in anyway I plan on taking it up slightly when I make my alterations. It is all hand finished and there are no visible machine stitches, except for the button holes. Full documentation
